It is the workers who are the real wildlife in America’s National Parks!

In Parkies, we meet a porn star wannabe, retired accountant, Croatian gap year student, gambling evangelist and drag queen-in-training as they sign up for another summer to welcome the guests to an American National Park.

This misfit medley brings a train wreck of humour, mischief and intrigue as they collide with the National Park Service. 

Parkies is a drama that throws up as many questions about the workplace and big business as it does about human relationships.  When they find the charred remains of a deer, the focus sharpens on the unsavoury practices of big business.   Greedy corporate America, striving for maximum profits, operates the park amenities, but clashes with the National Park Service striving to preserve the landscape and wildlife for future generations.
